We set ourselves apart by going above and beyond for our high end clientele. We love to use new and unusual plant material no matter what style garden we’re working in. You’ll get to plant and maintain lush gardens of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs.
Looking for experienced gardeners with in-depth knowledge of Colorado horticulture and soils. The candidate we're after needs a strong work ethic, great attitude and enjoys working in the dirt! We're looking for someone who thrives working independently but is also a team player.
We are diligent about health and safety especially surrounding the Covid19 pandemic. We have many procedures in place to keep our staff and clients safe. We have the great privilege to work outside and are not taking that privilege for granted!
Pay based on experience and starts at $18 per hour. Potential for growth (opening for lead gardener). We offer overtime and bonuses. If you do not have any professional gardening experience but are interested in the position, we'd be happy to talk with you (starting wage would be $16 per hour).
Work days are Monday-Friday. Saturdays are on call for any disruptive weekday weather events and are during our annual planting seasons (May-June). This is a full time seasonal position, we typically work through mid November weather permitting.
Must have clean driving record and reliable transportation!
