801 Restaurant Group is now hiring for 801 Fish Denver, headed by executive chef Khamla Vongsakoun (formerly of departure Denver). 801 Fish is a soon to open concept in downtown Denver which will embody a celebration of the sea using the best equipment, technique and ingredients possible. We are looking to build a rockstar team to support this concept. We want tactical, driven, professional, passionate cooks and Sous Chefs to round out our team.
