The Maintenance Technician will be part of an experienced and hard-working maintenance team and is responsible for performing maintenance and other duties that assure the preservation and upkeep of the White Lotus Group residential and commercial properties as needed. The Maintenance Technician must exercise good customer service skills to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compensation is based on education, experience, and skill set. Candidates must be available to work Mondays through Fridays from 8AM to 5PM and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
This is a growth opportunity position for the right candidate who can successfully execute these job functions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) to transport supplies and equipment.
-Ability to handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
-Perform regular maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems.
-Complete work orders as directed by the Property Manager(s).
-Maintain a neat and orderly workspace at all properties.
-Appliance replacement and repair.
-Participate in on-call rotations.
-Prep properties for future move-ins as needed.
-Grounds maintenance, including trash removal as needed.
-Consistently follow company policies.
Education/Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Minimum of 2-years prior Maintenance Technician experience required.
-HVAC, and EPA certification preferred.
-OSHA safety policies knowledge.
-Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
-Be able to use hand and power tools as necessary.
-Ability to pass criminal background check.
