Deck Builder Wanted

I am looking for a couple deck builders. Most important to me, is that they get along with me and my crew. Life is too short for bad attitudes. We like to laugh during the day, but also get stuff done. We build very high end decks so speed isn't my biggest concern, however attention to detail is another big item on my list. If this sounds like you, please apply! Experience in carpentry is a big plus.
