Position Overview: We are seeking an auto mechanic who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both routine maintenance and more complex repairs, with a focus on providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests and identify mechanical issues
Repair and replace parts, such as brakes, engines, transmissions, and exhaust systems
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
Experience Levels: We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience.
Experienced Mechanic: Candidates with 1-5 years of experience. You should be able to work independently and have a good understanding of diagnostics and repairs.
Senior Mechanic: 5+ years of experience. You should be capable of overseeing other technicians, providing mentorship, and handling complex repairs with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Own tools (preferred, but not required)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well with customers and communicate clearly
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
