Oriental Trading Company, Inc. in Omaha Nebraska seeks Sr. Cloud ERP Specialist
Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and supporting Finance and Supply Chain applications and related operational performance. Additionally, they will be responsible for enhancements, support, and troubleshooting customer issues and questions for Oracle Cloud Finance and Oracle Cloud Supply modules. Specific duties of the Sr. Cloud ERP Specialist include: supporting production applications, interfaces, and reports, working proactively to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner; gathering requirements by working with business users and transforming requirements into functional levels of detail and configuration; maintaining ERP documentation, AN100s, and user documentation; facilitating resolutions for cross-team business issues; building test cases to cover business process and system functions including executing tests, analyzing data, and resolving defects of all Oracle finance and supply chain applications; training users in new features of the financial and supply chain applications; building and supporting OTBI and BI Publisher reports for end users; monitoring progress on projects by keeping track of timelines, quality standards, and providing regular updates to stakeholders; identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks during project execution; working with Third-Party Vendors in developing and implementing solutions; acting as a liaison between the business and IT; identifying impacts to Oracle Financials and Supply Chain from changes to other applications (Warehouse and other) and business processes; and supporting day to day operational activities such as managing application access, period close activities, and warehouse busy seasons.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related. Other special requirements include: Five (5) years of experience assisting project solution architects and solution leads in conducting workshop sessions as part of requirements gathering and analysis phase; five (5) years of experience configuring Oracle ERP products, particularly Finance and Procurement modules to comply with customer’s business processes and extension and customization of Oracle ERP products; five (5) years of experience coordinating with offshore and onshore teams to deliver efficient and reliable solutions to customer’s business requirements; five (5) years of experience supporting and assisting in various development and testing phases from SIT, User-Acceptance Test (UAT), prod Support, etc; five (5) years of experience developing the solutions to migrate the client application to Oracle Cloud Fusion; and five (5) years of experience supporting and assisting User-Acceptance test phase by troubleshooting any identified issues and proving the needed resolutions.
