Childcare provider wanted. Two children 5 and under. Hours desired are 7am to 5pm M-F. Location is in home in Blair. Children’s mother works from home and will be on site. Offering $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
Ideal candidate is someone with initiative and who is good at providing structure. A typical day may entail:
- preparing breakfast and lunch as needed
- providing healthy snacks
- putting away uneaten food
- helping the younger child progress in potty training
- putting the younger child down for naps
- playing outside as much as possible
- minimizing screen time
- leading the children in educational activities (alphabet, reading, basic math, music, instilling curiosity in nature and science).
- focusing on safety, kindness, and manners
- leading the children in cleaning up after themselves
Open to arrangements where the nanny / child care provider brings their own children along with them.
Ability to provide piano lessons is a plus.
