- Assists with administering the employment process including collecting required documentation, organizing on-boarding activity, facilitating background checks, managing new employee tasks and providing daily communication.
- Performs research activity and assists with projects related to Human Resource initiatives.
- Responsible for the management of contractor touch-points by organizing with sales and recruiting teams.
- Assists with the facilitation of annual events and budget for office, clients and employee gatherings.
- Maintains, creates reports and perform exports utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as needed.
- Acts as backup to prepare client submittal presentations.
- Performs various support and client facing activities as necessary.
- Maintains documentation for position responsibilities as necessary.
- Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably within Business Administration or Human Resources
- Basic understanding of business and management principles
- Demonstrated strength with administrative practices and procedures
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
- Strong research (Internet browsing) skills
- Outgoing and confident customer service skills
- Self-starter, quick learner
