We are currently looking to fill multiple positions for the B.O.H. These are P/T and F/T Night Positions. We are looking to fill these positions ASAP. Below are the Jobs and Descriptions.
Night Dishwasher -
No previous experience necessary, will train
Must be dependable (On-Time when scheduled, reliable transportation)
Must be quick, but still able to get dishes clean (If you can't move faster than a turtle, please do not apply)
Ability to remember where dishes get put away
Must be able to work independently without much supervision
Must be able to work Friday and Saturday Nights, all other days can be negotiated
Night Pantry Cook -
No previous experience necessary, will train
Must have excellent sanitation habits (You will be working with multiple raw proteins - no x-contamination)
Fair knife skills (Minor prep work - mostly cutting onions for our homemade onion rings)
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work fast pace
This position is P/T - around 25 hours
Night Saute Cook -
Must have previous scratch kitchen experience on sauté station in a high volume restaurant
Must be very organized and have excellent time-management skills
Ability to read and follow prep lists and recipes
Can work in a very demanding position (You must be able to multi-task)
Can follow instructions and take constructive criticism
Must be reliable and able to make it here at 3pm (exceptions can be made for the right candidate and situation)
This is a Full-Time position - Around 35 hours
All positions are compensated by experience and by position hired for.
