Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a well-established food manufacturing company. The role involves performing reactive and preventative maintenance tasks on ovens, conveyors, packaging equipment, and other related machines. We are looking to fill 6 positions across three shifts: 1st (7 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd (3 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd (11 PM - 7:30 AM).Responsibilities
Perform reactive and preventative maintenance troubleshooting on ovens, conveyors, packaging equipment, and other related machines.
Work collaboratively with a team of approximately 25 technicians.
Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma/GED
1+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic
Experience with 480v electrical systems
Proficiency in conveyor maintenance
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
PLC troubleshooting experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in food manufacturing and working in hot temperatures is a plus.
Ammonia and steam boiler experience is highly desirable.
Mechanically inclined, including farm or aircraft maintenance experience, is welcomed.
