We currently have an Executive Assistant opening that will support our Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement. This position is a member of a team of Executive Assistants that support the executive team. As an Executive Assistant you will: Provide scheduling and calendar management Provide team / leaders support to prepare for meetings, presentations and day to day activities Utilize technology skills to support all forms of meeting delivery (virtual, in person, various technology platforms, etc) and document preparation Manage all travel arrangements (lodging, meals, expense receipts) and coordinate any additional needs during travel (meeting rooms, tech support, group/team meals) Organize staff/team meetings and other group events, including agendas, speaking engagements, meals, etc. Manage invoice payment and responsible for the submission of expense reports Coordinate with other executive assistants and administrative staff to support various activities and functions Maintain flexibility and adaptability to align to the needs of the Senior Vice Presidents that are directly supported Represent leaders / department to internal and external partners requiring professionalism and values aligned to Mosaic’s culture Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience in an administrative capacity Experience supporting senior level leaders Associates Degree or equivalent experience Extras we think you'll love: Competitive pay, health insurance, tuition reimbursement and flex time off Professional and personal development opportunities Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging You’ll be part of an organization that loves our mission and supports each other every step of the way Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
