Review case data to assist team members in upholding the regulations and standards of Dept of Health & Human Services and the TANF Program.Provide programmatic training and support to team members as part of new hire and ongoing staff developmentEnsure proper implementation of all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines of program.Conduct regular quality assurance reviews in accordance with Dept of Health & Human Services auditing and performance standards.
