TheMenu Systems Specialistcoordinates the operation and maintenance of theCBORDNetMenu Program for University Dining Service ensuring the system operates at optimal performance. Responsible for food service systems data, including analyzing/benchmarking, input, ongoing maintenance of items, menus, recipes, and nutritional information/content, and communicating updates to staff regularly. This position supports recipe development, menu creation, and nutritional analysis assisting in providing healthful meal choices in a safe and inclusive atmosphere. This position serves as the administrative expert on campus.As theMenu System Specialist, you will:
Maintain the
CBORDprograms, database and additional information supporting the Net Menu program.
Maintain NetMenu user security and provides training, follow up and best practices.
Create and update annual set up required for NetMenu operations.
Maintain NetNutrition accuracy and menu display interface administration.
Collaborate with Student Life marketing on the content and design of University Dining Web menu.
