Esthetics Educator / Educator-in-Training

We're looking for experienced skincare specialists and Licensed Esthetics Instructors to inspire and educate our upcoming evening program. If you are not yet a licensed Educator, this position provides paid training and state requirements to become a licensed Instructor.What You'll Do:Teach assigned classes under the supervision and guidance of the Education Coach & Esthetics EducatorsHelp students fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course contentMaintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge in teaching fieldMaintain standards of professional conduct and ethics appropriate to the professional positionGrade and return student work in a timely mannerInstruct students on proper sanitation methods and oversee sanitation efforts throughout the dayClassroom management; ensure student compliance with school rules and regulationsMust be solutions-based person who can handle classroom management situationsComplete other assigned duties, as needed
