Job Title: SchedulerJob DescriptionThis is a contract role expected to run through the end of March/April. The Scheduler will work closely with Project Coordinators to create and maintain schedules, perform administrative duties, and keep records. The role also involves making phone calls using a provided script.Responsibilities

Work alongside Project Coordinators to create and maintain schedules

Perform administrative duties

Record keeping

Make phone calls utilizing a provided script

Essential Skills

1-2 years of scheduling/dispatch experience

Office/admin experience

Project coordination

Project scheduling

Customer service

Data entry

Proficiency in Excel

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic map reading capabilities

Experience with Power BI preferred but not required

Experience with mapping software that updates from Excel spreadsheets preferred but not required

Work EnvironmentThe role requires working onsite from Monday to Friday, with flexibility around the schedule.
