Business Systems Analyst

Olsson is growing!  We are seeking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our team.  This individual will be a key player in our organization's efforts to leverage technology to solve business challenges and improve processes. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen to identify and implement technology solutions that support our firm's objectives and innovation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering: Understand and document business models and processes, and how each interacts with technology.Requirements Analysis: Work with business partners to elicit, analyze, and document business analytical requirements.Efficiency Improvement: Seek ways to improve efficiency or synchronize cross-team efforts using technology.Solution Identification: Help define, research, identify, and promote new technology solutions that support business needs or solve challenges.Solution Design: Work with key IT, business owners, and external subject matter experts and stakeholders, to lead the design, test, and implement solutions that meet business needs.Integration and Collaboration: Serve as an integrator and work with key personnel to solve business challenges or create technical solutions.Emerging Technologies: Stay current on new and emerging technologies and how they might solve business challenges.Lifecycle Responsibilities: Help define responsibilities in the lifecycle of developed systems including IT and business ownership responsibilities and roles.We have one position available and will consider candidates interested in working in a hybrid environment from our Lincoln or Omaha, NE office locations.
