Ensures the delivery of quality, cost-effective health care services in line with the mission, vision, values, and goals of SMHA. Accountabilities areas include finance, revenue cycle, payroll, and supply chain operations. Responsible for program/business development, quality of services, short- and long-range planning directly related to these areas, achievement of goals and objectives, fiscal control, and responsibility to manage revenue and costs, interdepartmental and intradepartmental relations, and personnel management.Hours: Full-time position. 40 hours/week. 1.00 FTE. Monday-Friday. Benefit Eligible. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Required Master's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration and/or Certified Public Accountant Preferred Minimum 3-5 years of management/leadership experience, preferably in a integrated health care delivery system related to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities.
