We are looking for Experienced self motivated people to help us meet our requests on the roof and otherwise. We do mostly roofing with shingles and standing seam metal, single ply membrane, occasionally Cedar shake , Decra and other designer materials. We also do siding, fascia, soffit and other carpentry occasionally. We are looking for individuals who are friendly and have a eye for detail. We are proud of what we do and expect quality work. This is a full time position with over time available. Piece work possible. Our work is mostly in the Missoula and the Bitterroot valleys. Looking for a Lead and other skilled people. Opportunities for advancement for exceptional people(ie. profit sharing, Maybe partnership for the right person). Pay based on experience and fast raises for those who know how to work.
