River City Rentals is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Property Manager and Office Manager.
As an Administrative Assistant at our rental company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role will include handling routine administrative duties, assisting with property-related errands, and providing support to both the Property Manager and Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls related to rental inquiries and tenant concerns.
Filing and scanning documents to maintain organized property and rental records.
Performing light errands, such as delivering documents or picking up supplies.
Assisting the Property Manager with property maintenance requests and tenant communications.
Supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks and office organization.
Maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Prior experience in a property management or administrative role is a plus.
