Some experience preferred but not necessary if eager to learn.
We do mostly roofing with metal and shingles, occasionally single ply membrane, Cedar and other materials. We also do some siding, facia, soffit and other carpentry occasionally. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, not afraid of heights, can learn quickly and anticipate the next task, capable of lifting 80lbs, working a day in the sun or cold, and have a eye for detail. We are proud of what we do and expect quality work. This is a full time position. Pay depending on experience. Our work is mostly in Missoula and Lolo with some Bitterroot. Learn a trade that is always needed! We are willing to train the right person with opportunities for advancement. We have a great crew with a positive work environment.
