Looking to hire maintenance person with basic maintenance skills. Main responsibilities include interior and exterior repairs for properties around town.
Individual must be able to:
-Multitask
-Prioritize projects
-Handle fast paced work environment
-Work independently and productively
-Friendly with tenants, etc
-Have own reliable truck or van.
-Have own tools
-Punctual
-Keep track of time and jobs for daily timesheet reports.
Pay is dependent on skills. Range $20-$40/hour.
