Le Petit Bakehouse is hiring a full time pastry chef.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm.
Responsibilities include: Maintaining inventory of product and ingredients, laminating croissants, forming croissants, preparing fillings, maintaining a clean workspace, communicating clearly with staff, and brainstorming new items.
Candidate must be able to lift 50# and be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience in pastry and laminated doughs.
