Town and Country Property Management is seeking a motivated and reliable to join our team as an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep of our residential and commercial properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Respond to maintenance requests in an timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
- Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in maintenance or related field is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
