Big Sky Finishes is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Pre-Finish shop team. While prior experience is not necessary, it's certainty a plus. We value a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on task and take initiative. Our operational schedule follows a Monday to Friday work week, ensuring weekends and holidays off, along with consistent weekly compensation. We maintain a professional and clean work environment, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our staff.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and priming as necessary.
Apply finishes to various components according to the project specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to maximize efficiency and safety.
Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.
