Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department and staff. Duties include ensuring that all public spaces are clean and guest-ready, managing maintenance requests, and the preventive maintenance program for the Lodge.
The Details:
Position Type: Year-Round, Full-Time
Season Dates: Immediately
Pay: $21.70/hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in Heating & Electric, Plumbing, and Carpentry, and the ability to use tools and equipment common to the trade
Able to identify the scope of work to determine if specialized skills of the various crafts are required for the job professionally.
Must possess a current, valid driver’s license that can pass a driving history check and Department of Transportation Physical. Subject to Department of Transportation Regulations and GNPL’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
Previous pool and spa maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to obtain DOT license, EPA RRP Lead Certification.
Physical Requirements include:
May require the use of respiratory protection and will require compliance with applicable regulations.
Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions.
Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
Possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor-related work in an outside environment, such as snow removal tasks.
Standing, bending, kneeling, and crawling for extended periods are required.
