We are a private real estate investment company that buys and sells houses throughout Montana. Sometimes we rehab the houses we buy and when we do, we used experienced General Contractors to give us a bid for the job and manage it from start to finish.
We need someone who can give us fairly accurate bids before starting the job and then manage the job and any/all subcontractors that are needed. You also need to have all your paperwork in order: registration, ICEC, etc., and be OK with signing an actual paper CONTRACT (this is why you're called a "contractor", after all) before starting the job as well as receiving a 1099 for taxes.
Basically, we need someone who can rehab a house quickly, professionally, and without charging an arm and a leg, and who has their paperwork in order. And it would be nice if you looked professional as well.
