I am looking for a skilled handy “person” to finish a punch list of items on my home. We own a reputable construction company and our normal full time guys are are over booked. Items to complete is touch up grouting, some trim, caulking, drywall touch ups, touch up painting, minor staining, cleaning some grouted floors, etc etc. Must be a professional in these areas as this home is a higher end home. Should be about a month or so worth of work. I CAN PAY CASH. Again this is my personal home and i will expect perfection. I am workable on pay as it will depend on experience and skill level. Can start this next week. Serious inquiries only.
PS. This could work into doing punch list type work on all our new homes. Currently we have over 60 booked.
