Position: Housekeeping Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
An absolute commitment to customer service.
High School diploma preferred.
Previous Management or supervisory experience required.
3+ years Housekeeping and Maintenance work required.
Able to prioritize, organize and delegate responsibilities.
A “People person” who is confident, has strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills are critical – must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.
Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment.
Status: Non-Exempt, Regular Full Time
Compensation: $21-23/hour plus shift differentials

Schedule: Varied hours, primarily Monday through Friday day shift, nights, weekends and holidays will be necessary at times.

Summary of Work: Responsible for the scheduling, coordination and management of the Housekeeping/Maintenance Department, including, but not limited to, ensuring the continuous professional growth of all department staff, providing a clean and safe environment for our guests to exercise, ordering of facility supplies, creating and managing an annual budget and designing and implementing maintenance and housekeeping procedures. Other duties may be assigned by the Facility Director.
