A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED.

Qualified candidates:
-Possess a high sense of urgency with a strong ability to resolve problems proactively.
-Must have reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
-Comfortable working in a construction environment including crawlspaces, attics, and basements on a regular basis.
-Willingness and ability to occasionally do multi-day travel. Open to considering overtime as offered
-Communicates proficiently and expresses ideas clearly and concisely, both with team members and clients.
-Ability to routinely lift 60 pounds, move about the crawlspace/attic/basement freely, climb, stoop, crouch, and kneel as
needed. Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes and outside weather conditions. The noise level is
moderate to occasionally loud.
