Qualifications
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with strong team spirit and a diligent work ethic who follow directions well and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Must be honest, punctual, and dependable, with reliable transportation & phone.
Must be willing to collaborate with a team and actively contribute to completing all daily duties.
Experience is not required as we provide training; however, earning potential is determined by experience, job skills, and performance.
Ability to travel in company vehicles for extended days & up to two weeks.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a clean and valid driver license.
Must be eligible to be bonded, which includes passing a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
Job duties include heavy lifting, digging, back-filling, job site clean-up, general light construction, and preparing foundations for waterproofing.
Leaves the customer’s home immaculately clean and takes proactive measures to ensure it is left in a better condition than when we arrived.
Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
Safely, correctly, and efficiently unloads and cleans the truck upon return to the company.
Takes great care of the company’s products, tools, and equipment.
Lives out the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Can stay upright/stand up to 100% of the time.
