Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or framing.
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
