Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
Help to manage the seating chart and ensure efficient table turnover
Assist guests with reservations and inquiries both in person and over the phone
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and garden patio
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests
Provide guests with menus, take drink orders, and assist with any other needs as required
Learn to make Charcuterie & Wine Friendly Foods
Uphold our standards of service excellence and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for every guest
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge or interest in wine and food pairings is a plus
21 Years old +
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
