Summer staff is leaving and we need to add a full-time cook. Hourly base wage plus tip pooling. Service hours are 7 am - 3 pm. Must have previous experience as a cook; knife skills; consistency with following recipes and procedures; knowledge of food safety (serve safe certified is a plus); inventory management; prep/stock line; and maintain kitchen standards for cleaning. Easy menu serving breakfast and lunch all day. This job involves weekend shifts. Set Schedule Wednesday - Sunday. Ability to alternate days with other staff.
