Still seeking a few more applicants for Party Host. Part time. Mainly a Saturday Sunday gig. Alternating weekends so we don't take all weekends. Then summer it picks up a lot. Look for towards end of May beginning of June.
Pay is $15 an hr plus tips. (Tips really good with all the birthdays, corporate and bachelor parties)
We are currently hiring enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join as Party Hosts. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. This includes assisting with customer registration, maintaining equipment, organizing and supervising games, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times. If you have a passion for helping making smiles and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in customers, assist with registration process
- Provide briefings and instructions on safety rules and game guidelines
- Maintain and clean paintball equipment, ensuring its proper functioning
- Organize and lead games, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe playing environment
- Provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with field maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, field setup, and general upkeep
- Uphold a positive and fun atmosphere for players of all ages and skill levels
-Willing to learn the in's and out's of paintball, airsoft, gel blaster, foam parties and bounce houses.
Requirements:
- Must be 15 years of age or older
-Reliable Transportation
- Willing to learn and enforce safety rules.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to handle physical demands of the job
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in the paintball/party industry is a plus, but not required
Working Conditions:
This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Shifts mainly include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. However I don't want all your weekends. Summers a great time to have fun!
