Part-time outside maintenance/odd jobs

Looking for responsible, reliable candidates who have experience with exterior maintenance and odd jobs for seasonal work starting immediately. Examples of odd jobs include things such as mowing, weeding, trimming, picking up trash, painting fences, spraying weeds, spraying for ants and wasps, etc. Must know how to use small hand tools. Other requirements include the ability to work with a minimum level of supervision, commit to the task at hand and drive a "mule" work vehicle. Although not required, experience operating a tractor and bushhog a plus. Our preference is someone that can work 20-24 hours each week on the same days and times, although we can be flexible when necessary.
