Required/desired skills:

) Programming Languages: Java, C#, Python, JSP, JavaScript, React, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, Struts and Spring MVC frameworks, ASP.NET, JPA, Hibernate, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, SQL Server and Transact-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, and RESTful and SOAP web services

) Understanding of database technologies used at the agency (Oracle and SQL Server).

) Web/App Servers: JBOSS, Tomcat, Node.js

) Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, Microsoft Windows

) Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
