Commercial Financial Consulting, LLC (CFC) is looking for a few good BDO’s throughout the USA as an independent contractor. We offer thirty percent (30%) of our net fee received at closing and funding. CFC acts as an investment banker, completing all underwriting, executive summary for clients seeking financing, withing five-to-fifty-million-dollar (5 to 50MM) range. Transaction types: ESOPs, C&I, M&E, RE, EBITDA cashflow loans as well as short-term hard money loans when needed. CFC’s back office completes all underwriting, all you need to do is introduce the client.
