Precision Business Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expensing multiple companies accounts, ensuring accurate and timely matters, knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping, and accounting practices. This role requires strong accounting skills and a solid understanding of business principles.
Duties:
- Perform cash flow analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
- Assist with financial services such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Process accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor relationships
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation and ensure proper recording of financial transactions
- Support financial management by preparing reports, analyzing data, and providing insights
- Utilize accrual accounting principles to accurately record revenue and expenses
Experience:
- 3+ yrs Accounting experience
- Proven experience in financial accounting or related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with Quick Books online and or desktop and in using and MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
