We're Hiring a Truck Dispatcher (USA)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves coordinating freight movements across Montana, ensuring efficient fleet utilization, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for truck fleet and routes
Match available drivers with appropriate loads while adhering to DOT regulations and HOS rules
Monitor driver progress and provide real-time solutions to routing issues
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and Bosses
Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Manage unexpected situations and provide quick resolution to transportation issues
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in truck dispatching,
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS rules, Specially with oversize loads
Proficiency with transportation management software and load boards
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
Available to work as needed
