Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills

Requirements:

Attention to detail, time management and meeting customer expectations

Communication and Customer service skills are very important

Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Verbally articulate procedures to Customers

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Webmail and Outlook, Googledocs, added plus if knowledge in accounting and QuickBooks software

Ability to learn and access multiple database programs

A self-starter, taking ownership of the responsibilities and the ability to multi-task

Aptitude to work with all departments is extremely important

Professional appearance in a fast paced work environment

o Pull customs paperwork from Googledoc or gather from Dispatch and Customers as needed

o Secure missing documents as needed

Perform other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels

Other Office Duties

Learn other procedures to assist or back up other departments

Hourly Pay
