A small law practice in Great Falls is seeking a secretary/receptionist.

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and responding to emails

Processing mail

Scheduling meetings and calendaring deadlines

Organizing and keeping files, both on a computer and paper files

Using templates to create documents

Greeting clients

Keeping office clean and organized

Writing and sending letters

Filing legal documents

Other projects as needed from time to time

Computer experience is required, including use of Microsoft programs and ability to learn industry specific software and online court-filing programs.

Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.

Customer service experience a plus

Experience in legal or similar office setting a plus.
