Local construction company seeking younger individuals willing and wanting to learn the construction trade. Working on and around the Great Falls area so a valid driver's license and your own vehicle to get to and from work daily is required. We're looking for highly motivated trustworthy people that can pay attention to detail, work well with others, and follow instructions. Person does not need experience as we are willing to train the right individuals. You are required to have your own tool bags with a tape measure, speed square, chalk line, utility knife, chisel, cats paw, and hammer. All other power tools are provided. We typically work 40 hours a week all year round. We work on new construction including framing and finishing homes, garages, residential remodels, and some roofing. Pay is weekly and ranges between $13-$22 an hour depending on experience and motivation. One weeks payed vacation after being with the company for 4 months and other possible incentives. Position advancements, pay raises, and bonuses possible throughout the year.
