We're seeking a Head Housekeeper who is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and ready to lead by example. We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about cleanliness, organization, and creating a great guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Teamwork Foster strong working relationships with other departments Inspire and motivate your housekeeping team Plan, assign, and supervise daily cleaning duties Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development for team members Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff Operations & Quality Control Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards. Perform regular inspections and identify areas for improvement Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and uniforms Help with deep-cleaning projects and step in during high-volume times Guest Satisfaction Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and care Ensure every room is guest-ready with no trace of prior occupancy Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and responsiveness Safety & Compliance Train the team in the safe handling of cleaning materials and equipment Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations Budget & Cost Management Control housekeeping costs and stay within budget for supplies, wages, and laundry. Maintain efficient use of resources without sacrificing quality Qualifications Prior housekeeping experience required Management or supervisory experience preferred Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to take direction and implement effectively with the team A naturally self-critical and quality-obsessed attitude is a plus The Reality CheckThis role is more than a job—it’s a lifestyle.
