Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a full time litigation attorney. Our work is real estate related
You need to have at least 10 years experience with full time litigation. You must have been first chair in many cases, with appellant court litigation experience.
You need to have in depth experience, in discovery.
You need to have excellent writing skills on briefs.
You need to be able to find all arguments and be able to build your case so that it can stand up well on appeal.
You need to be a very aggressive litigator, that understands how to use every tool available to you, in the legal system to get to my greatest advantage.
We are in the business of setting case law, NOT settling.
If your acumen is to settle cases or put filings off, this is not the job for you.
We believe that from the minute Litigation is needed, we are in the offensive position all the way through the case.
