CMS is a rapidly growing design/build exterior envelope contractor located in Big Sky, MT, and focuses on building systems which are specifically designed and tested for the Montana environment.
Cornerstone Management Services is hiring a CMS Construction Manager (CM) who is responsible for overseeing the construction process for all projects within a construction zone. The CM works closely with the Project Manager to maintain the project’s budget and establish tools, materials, and teams needed to achieve the projects goals on schedule. The CM will conduct frequent site visits to track progress, ensure quality control, and make sure the project teams are operating safely and within a safe work environment to conduct their job duties. The Construction Manager reports to the CMS Project Manager and communicates project needs to the Site Superintendent and subcontractors. Compensation: $40.00 to $45.00/hour
