Ryzer, a leading installer of high end windows in Montana is looking for a team member responsible for leading a small team (usually 2-3 others) on their own project. This team member must be able to run jobs without supervision and be able to train new employees. We are looking for someone who possesses the knowledge required to follow manufacturer’s best practices for installs and modify them as needed. Our team members are required to uphold a professional image for the company in interactions with General Contractors and other employees and be responsible for keeping projects on timeline set by the project manager.
Position Pre-requisites:
Demonstrates ability to meet all deliverables as outlined
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
A personal set of hand tools + impact driver.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to pass a drug test
Requirements:
5 years of glazing experience.
Valid US Driver's License
