What You'll Do:
Lead and manage crews for lawn care in the summer months and snow removal in the winter months
Oversee scheduling, job planning, and customer communication
Handle administrative duties including job costing, billing, and equipment tracking
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure job readiness
Hire, train, and mentor staff with a focus on safety and efficiency

Strong leadership and people skills
Proven management and organizational abilities
Administrative experience, including scheduling and budgeting
Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
