Looking to add someone to our team, ICEC preferred, my name is Fritz if we've already tried no need to waste our time. All Bozeman work Tasks include setting cabinets, crown, fillers, toe kick, setting doors, interior 6-8 and 8 doors, pocket doors barn doors, exterior doors, patio doors, measure and build extension jambs, casing, base, door hardware, bath hardware, frame pocket door openings. We have a system for MDF jobs, if you're not interested in a new system, cant follow direction, or work as a team this won't work. No drinking or smoking weed before or during work day hours.
$40 can read a tape and accurately make a cut, will have a bit of experience but will need help with multiple tasks.
$50 can efficiently do most tasks with some lining out, can hang a door in 2 hours or less, can measure and cut accurately, decipher and execute cabinet plans, cut and install scribes.
$60 guy can do all tasks from a brief conversation about what the end result needs to be, should be very efficient with your process and able to pick up new processes easily.
