Established company Battle Ridge Construction is looking for skilled carpenters to join our team building high-end residential homes.
Responsibilities:
- Follow blueprints to construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, windows, doorframes, roofs, etc.
- Receive and implement instructions from supervisors.
- Ability to take measurements, pull layout, and cut rough and finished materials to specific lengths.
- Manage and work with subcontractors.
- Respond to change orders.
- Operate light equipment, including forklifts, Bobcats, etc.
Qualifications:
- Applied residential carpentry experience and knowledge.
- Knowledge of job safety and regulations.
- Experience with carpentry tools, uses and building methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Must have basic set of building tools.
Compensation $30 - $40/hr. Work will take place in Bozeman, Livingston and surrounding areas. Work week typically consists of 4 10-hour days. Amazing benefits package, including health insurance and retirement.
