JOB SUMMARY:
Learn and refine skill of squaring footings, walls, snapping lines, forming walls and slabs. Able to set string lines, forms and establish grade footing and walls based off of a bench mark. Develop the abilities of other crew members, run small jobs and deliver a high-quality product to our clients. Always have an awareness of safety for yourself and those around you. Foster your coworker relationships through respect and helpfulness and collaboratively making sure our standard of quality is delivered.

Hours are often 10 or more hours a day, 50 or more hours a week, as work demands. Work hours can be seasonal.
